Dig Plant Company
San Marcos Growers started working with this group in 2003 when, as VersaScapes, they introduced us to Lomandra Breeze, the first of many very fine plants coming out of the breeding work of Todd Layt's Australian plant breeding company, Ozbreed. Since these early days, American horticulturist Sam McCoy and Todd Layt have added other partners to their program and using marketing names such as the Tuffy Plant Collection™ (formerly the Celebrated Plants™), DIG Plant Introductions™ and the Velvet Range Kangaroo Paws™ have introduced many other very fine cultivars. Starting in 2012 all of these programs are now administrated by Sam McCoy's DIG Plant Company in Awendaw, South Carolina. |
