Teucrium chamaedrys 'Nanum' (Germander) - This cultivar grows only 4-6 inches tall and forms a thick mat that spreads to 3 feet. It has small leaves that have deeply serrated edges and in late spring into summer, spikes of magenta-pink colored flowers rise above the foliage.
