This native to northern Europe is a vigorous semi-deciduous spreading (rhizomatous) grass with 2-3 ft. tall upright blue-gray blades: For many years sold erroneously as Elymus glaucus which is a native California
grass. Use as an accent plant or a ground cover. Good for erosion control and beachside conditions. Plant in full sun and give average to little
water . Makes a good container plant where its invasiveness can be contained.
