Justicia brandegeeana 'Variegata' (Shrimp Plant) - Small evergreen shrub to 3 feet tall with olive green soft leaves splashed with white. Year-round appear the curved spikes of salmon to rose-pink or pale yellow bracts surrounding tubular white flowers Plant in full coastal sun to light shade or part day sun. Water regularly to occasionally. Hardy to 20-25° F. Prune regularly to keep dense and to shape the plant. An interesting yet strange plant that we have in the garden but no longer grow because it reverts to green foliage to readlily.
