Euphorbia 'Despina' PPAF - A small compact shrubby Euphorbia to 15 inches tall with blue-green leaves that turn burgundy purple with the cooler days of fall and winter. In late spring each stem is topped with flower heads of brilliant lime-yellow. Plant in full to part sun in a well-drained soils and irrigate little to ocassionally. This plant came from the German breeding program at InnovaPlant and was a seedling selection of the dwarf Euphorbia characias cultivar 'Humpty Dumpty'. Our plants came to us from EuroAmerican Propagators. We grew this plant only for one year in 2004.
