San Marcos Growers became the exclusive supplier of Garden Maker Concrete Planters in 1992 after garden designer Chris Rosimini encouraged us to purchase and resell the pots then being produced by landscape contractor Howard Folman. Two years later we purchased the molds from Mr. Folkman, so the pots could be manufactured onsite by our shipping crews when they were not loading trucks. These planters were designed by Bill Tufenkian and Howard Folkman in three sizes as pictured above with the dimensions listed below. The cement used in these planters is stabilized and drain holes fitted with threaded PVC fittings, making them ideal for water garden use.
