It has tiny needle-like green leaves sometimes tinged with pink (especially during cold temperatures). Buds open to pale pink double flowers, then turn pure white. It requires good drainage, is drought tolerant, and is hardy down to about 20 degrees F.  This description of this plant is based on our research and our observations of it growing at the nursery, in our own garden and in other gardens.
