Leucospermum cordifolium 'Flame Spike' (Nodding Pincushion) - One of the many varieties of L. cordifolium, this variety has salmon-red flowers. It grows to about 4 feet tall and 6 feet wide. Well-drained, acidic soil is best, along with full sun to ensure a bountiful bloom. It is hardy to about 25 degrees F.
