Pandorea jasminoides 'Alba' (White Bower Vine) - An evergreen vine with leaves split into 5-7 shiny oval leaflets. Funnel-shaped pure white flowers bloom in the summer through fall. Can reaches heights of 20-30 feet tall if given support. Full sun or partial shade, water regularly. We originally listed this plant as hardy to 20° F but have had reports of the pink form thriving in USDA Zone 8a with nightime lows in the mid teens. It is likely that this white form is equally as hardy
The description above is based on our research and observations of this plant growing in our nursery and in our own and other Santa Barbara gardens. We would appreciate hearing from anyone who has additional information or disagrees with what we have written.
