Tara with Anisodontea 'Tara's Pink'

San Marcos Growers introduced two Anisodontea cultivars into the nursey trade in the early 1990's. The first was 'Tara's Pink', pictured above, and the other was 'Tara's Wonder'. Both were spontaneous seedling hybrids that emerged in the garden were Tara, our Rhodesian Ridgeback roamed.
